Don't judge a post by its title :) Life is pretty much as usual for me, dreamy and colorful, hehe. The title actually refers to our lovely new necklace. The more I think about vacation the more our creations look like they popped from a cartoon, I don't really know the workings of this logic but hey it seems to end up right. Retro Junkie

In the making of this necklace we were influenced by one of our favorite childhood anime "Sailor Moon".


I can't help longing for those sweet weird days. Think about how good it would be if all the permed hairs, neon colors, baggy outfits, crazy synthesizer sound could make a comeback? Hmm, I guess it won't look as fabulous as it looks back then :) Let's just leave its grace to the 80s and go on living in the eclectic 2000s.

Turquoise Vacation Necklace

As a summer child I can't wait to soak my feet in the sea and wearing colorful, flowy dresses. While making this necklace, we tried to reflect all the fun and excitement of summer days and we are quite content with the outcome.
